Sushi Course with Slovenian sushi master was a great success.

When you desire the best sushi or other Japanese dishes, the Embassy Catering team is joined by the only Slovenian sushi master – Ernest Barać.

Ernest is a chef with 15 years of culinary experience. Nine years ago he fell in love with the world of Asian cuisine and is specialized in Japanese cooking. Throughout the years, he has learned from Japanese chefs and sushi masters, then couple of years ago decided to carve out his own path.

He organizes sushi preparation lessons and small banquets, showcasing the art of this delicate dish.

Ernest je kuhar s petnajst letnimi izkušnjami v kulinariki. Pred devetimi leti pa je odkril in se zaljubil v svet azijske kulinarike in se nato specijaliziral v japonski kuhinji. Znanje je skozi vsa ta leta pridobival od japonskih kuharjev in mojstrov sushija.

Zadnje leto pa se je odločil da pot nadaljuje samostojno, tako pripravlja delavnice za pripravo sushija in manjše pogostitve, kjer razkazuje umetnost priprave sushija.
