Turning Embassy into a high class restaurant

Embassy catering served a lovely luncheon at an Embassy in Vienna.

Our goal was to create a unique catering experience, a formal lunch for twelve guests.

Teja and Simon set up a wonderful ambient. We choose sparkling white tablecloths and lovely flower arrangements. Because of years of experience we have in catering at Embassy or residences, this was another lovely challenge for our Embassy Team.

Preparing of the dining room

Simon our headwaiter took care off  a large dining table. Therefore table was neatly organized. He placed glasses, plates and silverware exactly and visually appealing. 

Teja later welcomed guests with sparkling wine accompanied with appetizers.

With protocol in mind

We know how important protocol experience is at formal luncheons. That is why we pay special attention to our serving personnel. Therefore we deliver high level off service.

Guests were offered best Slovenian vines, such as Simčič, Pasji Rep and Protner and after luncheon guests enjoyed variety off alcoholic drinks.

We start with cream pumpkin soup and homemade pasta with truffles and porcini mushrooms accompanied with Rebula vine. After we served sea bass fillet with white asparagus with some great Malvasia vine. For dessert we served crazy good chocolate cake made by Kavarna Park in Vrhnika.

Because we cherish every event we have the opportunity to work on, we would like to thank Embassy off Latvia in Vienna for having us. 

We believe we created another unforgettable event.
