Diplomatic catering in Vienna

Again we went to Vienna, catering lunch for twelve diplomats.

The Embassy Catering team started early in the morning, bringing with us the best ingredients, fresh vegetables, fragrant flowers, decoration, cuttlefish, squid and well-seasoned beef steak. We also took along some wine: Čarman’s Malvasia, Čebron’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Steyer’s Gewürztraminer. Take a look at how we created and blended flavours in the photo gallery!
