Private dinner in downtown Ljubljana

At our bistro Ambient we can also prepare a delicious private dinner for you and your guests. This time, we served a group of foreign lecturers.

There were sixteen guests, so Igor and Janja set up a wonderful large dining table. We welcomed the guests with sparkling wine, malvasia liqueur and our homemade blueberry brandy. The remainder of the evening was accompanied by wines according to the menu selected by each of the guests.

We prepared a cauliflower soup with almonds for all, then the guests could choose between a fish, beef and fusion menu. You can take a look at some of the dishes below.
For the grand finale, we served panna cotta with chocolate and fresh strawberries.
