Wedding at Botanical garden in Ljubljana

Our goal was to create a unique catering experience for hundred and twenty guests.

Igor, Aljaž, and Simon set up a wonderful ambient. They chose white tablecloths and flower arrangements. Because of years of experience we have in catering wedding events, this was another lovely challenge for the Embassy Team.

Preparing of the wedding place
Elvir and Rok took care of the buffet at the large dining table. Therefore, the tables were neatly organised and the buffet visually appealing.

Teja and Janja welcomed the guests with sparkling wine. We also served Rebula from Gašper, lemonade, and fresh squeezed juices.

With kids in mind
We know how important the wedding experience is also for the kids. That is why we created a lot of different fruits and ice cream options for them. Besides that, the guests were afterwards welcomed with an amazing finger food selection.

After the ceremony the buffet table opened. Guests could choose between cold and warm dishes. We baked homemade bread and picked fresh vegetables.

For the grand finale, we wanted to create something special. With that in mind we served passion fruit parfait with mango and white chocolate and crunchy vanilla fruit baskets. It brought smiles to the guests’ faces.

Because we cherish every event we have the opportunity to work on, we would like to thank Katarina and Aleš for giving us the chance.
