Catering at Grad Cekin in Ljubljana

We served an excellent catering buffet service at Slovenian National Museum of Contemporary History in Ljubljana.

Our goal was to create a superb catering experience for hundred guests.

Simon and Alen set up a wonderful ambient. They chose white tablecloths and flower arrangements. Because of years of experience we have in catering buffets, this was another lovely challenge for the Embassy Catering Team.

Preparing of a cold and hot buffet
Simon and Aljaž took care of the buffet at the large dining table. Therefore, the tables were beautifully organised and the buffet visually appealing.

Teja and Aleš set the drinks table-bar. After that, they welcomed the guests with sparkling wine. We also served Marjan Simčič’s Rebula, lemonade, and fresh squeezed juices.

Alen set up beautifully dessert and fruit table. The stars were Crunchy vanilla cream baskets and Passion fruit parfait.

With protocol in mind
We know how important protocol for such an event is. That is why we followed the instructions from the host carefully. Besides that, the guests were welcomed at the entrance, where Aleš took care of their winter coats.

After the official ceremony the buffet table opened. Guests could choose between cold and warm dishes. We baked homemade bread and picked fresh vegetables.

For the hot and cold buffet we wanted to create something special. With that in mind we served dishes made from only the best fresh ingredients. The buffet was prepared just before the opening, which has guaranteed great medium-done pork and beef tenderloin. It brought smiles to the guests’ faces.

Because we cherish every event we have the opportunity to work on, we would like to thank Luka Brezovec for giving us the chance.

We believe we created another unforgettable catering event in Ljubljana.

Third catering at Mansion Cekin
This was our third catering at Mansion Cekin since 2012. The progress that we have made is just remarkable. Big thanks to the personnel who bring knowledge and smiles to all events of Embassy Catering.
